Rare

Today was one of those very rare occasions in Japan when the weather stopped the trains! Don't think I've ever experienced that before.

It's rained and rained and rained and rained and then it rained some more. They have begun evacuating people living in landslide prone areas and all of the emergency text messages that are regularly sent out only serve to make people more anxious!

The emergency warning meant that work was cancelled today. A couple of very short, soggy and solitary woofer walks is just about all we could manage. It would appear that Japanese dogs don't do rain!
