The Robots

This was not the best  blip of the day, but I had to register my trek to the driverless robot  bus at the Kivistö railway station. These are transporting the housing fair visitors  to the  fair site, and everything is automated. One just sits in and closes the door, and the bus transports  you to your destination. This is very much related also to my work, and thereby I just had to see these.

P.S. the thumbnail shows one of the "bumpers"  hiding a laser scanner monitoirng the environment of the bus - initiatingan emergency stop if something is on the line of travel.
