Week Three

Our guests for Week Three were Kathy and Gary from Milwaukee. Yesterday and today the injuries came in a series of three. Lily was stung by a jellyfish, Kathy twisted her knee getting back on the boat, and this morning Gary took a fall while on his morning run, gashing his hand. He went to a hospital about twenty-five minutes away to get stitches. An hour and a half after they left, I was about to text Tom to see how they were progressing, when they walked in the door. It only took 90 minutes to drive there and back, get treated, and stop off at the pharmacy for supplies.The emergency room visit only cost 89 Euros and the prescription was 17 Euros. Yay for the French healthcare system.
