My local Parkinson's Friday group. honestly they are all brilliant.
not just them another 15 attended today. A big thanks to Jim Hilliard and Teresa Crossan and the ladies who make the tea.
Jim's wife had Parkinsons and passed away a few years ago, he does a great job fighting of funds and support as he has done for 23 years.
I must find out when the "Unsung heroes" are due in East Kilbride as he deserves a medal
