Adrian Livesey.  What this man doesn't know about meat is probably written on a postage stamp somewhere.  I've never met him before, but I've eaten plenty of his wares and it has always been of the highest quality, so I was pleased at the late change of plan that gave me the chance for a quick trip to the market in Preston this morning.  Pigs cheeks, Toulouse Sausages and rump steak.  That should keep us occupied for a while.
