I indulged in a little artistic license with this photo, which offers not only a coneflower (echinacea) in bloom, but also a tiny crab spider, which has the ability to change color to match the blossom on which it lies in wait for tiny insects, the spider's staple diet.

There is a lot going on today, the last full day of Z's and B's visit, so I'll catch up with you over the weekend!
