Still together

It has been a busy and exhausting day with a physio session in the morning and work in the afternoon/evening. On the way home from the physio session, I cycled around the area where I'd last found the Great Crested Grebe family. It was nice to see them all still together. Unfortunately, I could not get the other parent in the same photo as the rest of the family.

The first few hours at work were not too bad for my foot today. Perhaps the physio session in the morning had something to do with that. Towards the end of my shift it started to feel somewhat more painful again though.
