Olympic Torch Relay

I joined the many folk lining the streets of Perth this afternoon to see the Olympic Torch make its way through our city. It was a long wait before the runner in, what I can only describe as, a pair of white and gold pyjamas "sprinted" (more like slow motion jogged) past us. Still, it's pretty cool to think that torch has been all over the place and loads of people have come out to see it.

I have finally found some summer work! It's hospitality stuff at Scone Palace in a couple of weeks, but at least it's something. I had an interview this afternoon and I was quite pleased I managed to not sound full of the cold for a whole hour!
