2015 Thursday -- Phase 1 Done

Our construction guys -- the team of three -- arrived just after 8:00 this morning to install the new door on the downstairs guestroom. Just a little less than two months ago these guys started the construction on this old home originally built in 1942. Today was the completion of Phase 1.

This has been very exciting. So we're waiting now to learn if Phase 2 will begin the end of August or February of 2016.
