Took a break between multi-tasking:  hacking back spiky bush; knitting shrug; scanning old photos; responding to correspondence; catching up with Le Tour etc etc to take a turn around Coppice Pond with two blipping aims in mind - the ducklings and the iris.  Well the iris has gone through (where did that time go?!) and the ducklings had outgrown their cuteness so I turned for home and came across this odd scene in the woods off the main path??  Apart from a calendar I could not think what they might be advertising?
