Power. Out.

The power keeps shutting off around here. Apparently it's a thing. The city just shuts off certain power grids. It's scheduled? And sometimes appears in the paper? But they don't always stick to the schedule? That's what I gathered at least. So we walk around with candles. And go to bed at like 8pm.
