We go through life believing that we are in charge of our own destiny, but we are anything but....! Every now and again we get a reminder that there is something or someone far more powerful than us.
Such a reminder came on the 2 May and turned my life upside down.
After 10 weeks of hoping, praying, pleading and sitting by son#2s bedside in ICU, we are grateful that we can say that things are going to be ok again. They won't be the same but it will be ok!
What a fighter!
Lesson learned: make the most of every single day!! Be grateful!!
