Flour Girls

Poppy is 10!!
We had a VERY early start (5.45am) because Poppy was awake and wanted to open her presents.
After that, she had a fairly quiet morning while I set about cleaning and tidying the house and sorting the garden out ready for this afternoon. As she had her proper party last weekend, it was supposed to be a quiet one with 5 friends for a play in the garden and tea.
An exciting game of 'Truth or dare' lead to several of the girls being covered in flour, then some fantastic routines for 'Britain's Got Talent' auditions (including a performing dog) then after tea, they all had a water fight and stripped down to their knickers. Some semi-naked zip wiring and trampolining finished off the afternoon nicely.
I'm about to treat myself to a much needed glass of wine. D is out playing at a gig so pizza and film are on the menu for me and the birthday girl.
