Poppies and hoverflies!

A really hot sunny day.  Went out for a walk just before 7, it was great, no one around, just me and the insects, birds and plants!  After that I helped a friend do her garden, did some washing and ironing, went shopping and had another walk with a friend this evening.  Couldn't decide whether I should have put this one on as blip or the extra.  Also took one of a bee upside down as it was coming out of a columbine!
