Blip of desperation – too tired to go out and wander about this evening.

Was up between four and five o'clock this morning. Couldn't sleep. Put a load in the washing machine, and had that lot hung out to dry before (normal time) breakfast. Into work, for another of my holiday days. Predictably too tired for a lunchtime wander. Had forty winks instead.

After work, I bought an Endura Lumilite cycle helmet from Bikes of Inverness. Bit brighter than the last one I bought from them... over twenty years ago. Definitely time for a new one!

 Back garden grass finally cut this evening. First time in maybe four weeks. Near filled the compost bin with the cuttings. Will have to leave the (not quite so bad) front patch for another week. Some serious weeding required. Darned bugs were out, and biting.
