Chilly start

The first frost of the winter (at my house at least). 0ºC when I got up; I suspect it was colder than that a bit earlier. But it turned into quite a lovely day – I even did a spot of painting outside (of window frames, not the artistic sort!). 
This is the frozen water from the bird bowls on the deck, turned upside down.
Thanks for the lovely response to my 730th blip the other day! It's quite nice to be sat on the front 'popular' page for a few days!
