Cormoranted Out
A day packed with packing today.
Our daughter first, off to sunnier climes on a plane jetting somewhere over the eastern Mediterranean about now. Missing you already*
Then a mad session of filtering out the stuff we need to take from the stuff we should take and the stuff we're going to sneak in somehow anyway during the next phase of our relocation along the motorway to Stirling. This old sea dog (not a crow) has been a companion sitting behind my computer screen for five years or so now, but it's future at the new place is undecided yet as it probably doesn't quite fit with the architects 'no feathers' interior design stipulation.
I'll miss our little staring competitions though. Never won any of course (cormorants are renowned for their olympian staring prowess).
Off to bed early(ish) tonight as the Torch is passing through this way tomorrow and I'm hoping to get a good torch-side seat to bag a few pics.
*I've had to empty the dishwasher and fill it as well as empty out all the rubbish when it should be your turn. x
