Bar San Juan's Sobrasado on toast with manchego

I had a delicious meal out on Saturday night with my wonderful husband and parents. We went to the most authentic tapas bar I know outside Spain.

Run by the most beautiful Spaniards who care a lot about the food and atmosphere. It's in Chorlton, Manchester on Beech road and is called Bar San Juan.

The food is exceptional, varied and authentic. I can't wait to go back.
