Just Local

Staying local and catching up on myself today.  This water tower was built at the end of the nineteenth century.  It hasn't been used for a long time, and a few years ago it was bought by someone who intended to live in it.  I think he fell foul of planning regulations though as it's a listed building, and also overlooks nearby houses.  So it remains empty and probably now qualifies as a folly.
