Landing with a splash!

After an absence of 3 weeks I had a quick visit to the loch in the early afternoon - very busy as it usually is on a Sunday afternoon.  I didn't walk too far .... The Davis Cup and the Open Golf were both pulling me home!

I'm not very good at immature gull recognition .... I know what this gull isn't but I don't know what it is.  It might be a juvenile Herring gull, or Lesser black-backed gull .... any info most welcome.
