Pretty in purple

I never thought sitting out in the back garden would become a novelty - but it has!

Spent a fair chunk of the day sat outside in the garden reading and enjoying the general lovely day of weather :] Then in the afternoon took a trip into town to visit the art gallery with mum, who I think summed the exhibition up with her comment on the visitor's card - "intriguing!!!".

Of course, as there's a cafe in the gallery a coffee & cupcake was also necessary ;]

Also paid a visit to our lovely, lovely neighbour Auntie Gwen :]
