David Cameron has suggested that we need to have another one of those "Big Conversations." This time it's about culling seagulls.

I thought perhaps wealthy people could race around harbours and piers in really expensive speed boats shooting at them....maybe pick off the occasional commoner and pretend it was an accident. Tally Ho!
