Back to Bowling, today was the District Young Bowler Competition at Gourock Park Bowling Club. Both twins were involved playing in sectional games. Mimi won 6 out of 7 games and very narrowly failed to qualify for the semi-finals, she was outstanding. Fraser went through to the final and lost a close game 6 - 2 but the standard of play from both players was exceptionally high.

Here is Fraser with the Greenock & District President Martin Webster who is also a member of our home club having received his runner trophy  a nice touch for both this afternoon.

Again I am so proud of how the twins played, and more so conducted themselves with dignity at all times, respectful of their opponents, the officials and spectators a credit to themselves
