Thames Walk Part 6
Abingdon to Wallingford today. It's gradually getting busier, both on and off the river, which is hardly surprising as we're gradually heading into more densely populated areas. The stretch was 14 miles today, and I found it rather hard going towards the end as my trainers were giving me blisters. Looking at them afterwards, I'm not surprised, as they have worn through around the heel in places to a rather hard plastic shell. New shoes required for next time!
This is the bridge at Clifton Hampden, where we stopped at a local pub for lunch. Beautiful bridge!
