Evening walk on the beach at Budle Bay didn't go quite as planned!

Walking down the rough, sloping track to the beach, I managed to skid on some gravel and crashed to the ground. Intent on protecting the camera hanging around my neck, my elbow took the full force of the fall - ouch! I saw stars...

And when I looked up half a dozen bronzed young men from an adventure school were very eager to help and put their first-aid training into practice! Having assured them that I didn't need an ambulance, MrM and I continued to the beach
