Bereft

Those of you who follow my journal regularly will have seen blips of the cakes that Mrs. P makes on an almost weekly basis.

A cake tin completely bereft of cakes is a very rare site indeed.

There are times when Adam beats me to the last cake in the tin, but he leaves crumbs at least.

This is different: there is not a cake to be had. Even the freezer has no cake.

With Adam going away on Tuesday and no chance of a Mrs. P cake for 5 weeks I worry for him
