Tablets? Yes please.

Since I twisted my knee with my son yesterday at soft play, it has swollen dramatically. I have managed too rest it as much as possible today, but the swelling is still present. I have been taking Ibuprofen for it's anti-inflammatory capabilities however, I fear a visit to the doctors maybe the answer? I hope I haven't damaged my ACL reconstruction?
