Across the sunken garden

A lovely warm summer afternoon. These flower beds are packed with brightly coloured annuals.There used to be a Magnolia Tree in the corner of the palace in the centre of the picture, but it was causing problems with the building. The information panel implies that it might be brought back after repairs, but it's not really clear.
