Tai Chi Caledonia

Spent the weekend in Stirling at Tai Chi Caledonia. Wish I had managed to get a pic of someone actually doing tai chi but I was too busy enjoying myself! Only managed to grab a pic of the campus on my way back to change before dinner and the gala performance which featured a mix of superb demos of all types of tai chi and Scottish music and dancing

Had a brilliant time, learned loads, trained with some fantastic instructors and left wishing I was staying for the rest of the week.

I think I might even have managed to improve my tai chi. Fingers crossed I will remember what I learned.
