Making the Most of the Mist

Leila and I cycled up to Steyning and then up and over Bostal: a hill locally known as the widow-maker or heart attack hill as MAMILs push themselves too hard going over it. It was really quite hard. Last time I tried it was with Marc, we both got off and walked. This time I had to stop and catch my breath a few times but I did it all the way without walking, yay!!! At the top of the hill we were in a cloud, and this was the view. Behind the white is the South Downs, honest.

Second coat of paint on the kitchen floor and then an early night for me.....
