What does this mean....???!!!!

It's Raspberry's annual wellness checkup today. Pacifist(except for poor Max) at home, banshee at the vets. My palms are sweaty already and my heartbeat rapid, this is a dreaded day. Sometimes I have to step out of the exam room. She was fine until the time she had an upset tummy and had to have an anti nausea shot. I guess those injections sting like the dickens. Let's just say that now her memory of that experience is as long as her screams are loud.

For the Record,
This day came in with 72% humidity and heat. The worst summer weather.

All hands nervous.

She is healthy and in perfect shape except for her teeth. They will be x-rayed and cleaned during the winter when they run the Dental Discount specials, it's at least $800, unless things are better than the quick look he got. Abys have notoriously nasty teeth. We let her stay in her case on the table for the rest of the exam, she stopped growling and even purred when the vet listened to her heart. She has had a snack, a big scrub and is down for a long nap. I need a drink. BUT now I can relax and focus on getting ready for our Maine vacation.
