Blue cake!

I was woken at 8.45am......I missed my run and slept through my alarms.
Mum n dad came today for a quick visit. We finished off the burgers and salad and had blue cake (a gift!) for pudding.
I went back to bed and slept on and off all the way through the evening and night. Not sure if it is exhaustion or a bug.
