Day 912 - Dreich

My car went on for an MOT this morning so I have been driving about in an old Ford Focus today!  I was determined to get out and about today since I was off so Dale and I went to a forestry walk just south of Callander.  Well, did it not get very grey and dull when we arrived?  I decided to leave the camera in the car - just as well because we were soaked after our short walk!

Back home and the rain wasn't letting up so we plonked ourselves in front of the TV and watched Gaurdians of the Galaxy - again!

Then over to pick up my car - it failed on break discs and pads but I had already told him I was getting a shuddering through the steering column at 20-25mph when I braked.  they couldn't find anything causing this so they replaced the pads and discs - free of charge because they had only been replaced in April so there was a fault with them.  I have a good and honest mechanic!

I had a day off from my knee exercises yesterday.  You really do need to have a beak form them - they were easier to do today after the rest!  I can feel my knee/leg getting stronger but it's not helping with the pain - yet...
