Meatloaf

Wrapped in a woven bacon mat, with a baked potato and corn on the cob for our Monday night supper. To do the bacon mat, you start with 12 slices of bacon, and using 6 for the warp and 6 for the weft you weave them together, then wrap around the meatloaf. It was delicious. But, I should have taken the photo as soon as it came out of the oven. Instead, I didn't think about it until we had sliced and served part of it.
