Walking home
My day started at around 4am. I'm having real problems sleeping at the moment, so I got up at 6 and went for a run.
It wasn't good, my legs don't seem to be working at all. This was the view from my aborted run.
I have a suspicion that the sleep is related to my sugar intake. When I was off the sugar I slept perfectly, now I'm back on it I'm back to my old sleeping habits - worse even. So I'm going to cut it out again and experiment. Doctors appointment booked to investigate too.
