Reading Between The Lines

You've probably gathered from the non-picture that today was a bit of a flat day; woke up feeling really 'fluey', so popped a couple of paracetemols with breakfast cereal. 

It was dull and wet to start, not encouraging me to head into work on what was supposed to have been a day off.  Still, after lunch the sky brightened and when I arrived home at 7.30, G had been out and cut the grass. 

Rocky is missing the kids, and hopefully lugs his favourite toy around the garden in the hope that I will play with him.  We went for a long-ish walk, and met up with Ellie the Cocker Spaniel, and Shadow the rescue German Shepherd. 

So, that was good.
