Life of a bubble maker

Clever Georgans

Finished work on time to come back see someone about the new windows except he cancelled. Managed to get the netting on the front fence to stop the rubbish being blown into the front bit.
J came back and opened up the last of her birthday present I collected from the post office on the way back. It was a monthly subscription to a tea club with some tea and a teapot. The teapot is being exchanged for some more tea at the weekend as we already have enough of them.
One of the joys of owning your own old house is taking it apart to see that is behind the wall. The window people who came around this morning wanted to see behind the paneling in the drawing room to see if we can put the old shutters back in. Started to take it apart tonight. I know that the Georgian's were progressive but the builders seem to have invented MDF and plastic drinks bottle well before their time.

Looks like it’s going to be as big a job as I thought to put them back in again. Now just need to remember how the bit I took off all go back in place to make it look OK again.
