Geordie Retro

We do these meetings from time to time at work called 'Retros' where we look back at home things went with a view to improving all the time.

To shake things up we sometimes talk about things using different approaches rather than the same headings of what went well, what didn't go well.

Today we had a 'Geordie retro', where there were a number of post-it headings representing the various categories to think about.

Very entertaining and especially so, as one of the team being a real Geordie and the event leader being Catalonian and trying to read out Geordie phrases.
