Hampstead Heath...

We headed home but arranged to bookend both the start and end of the holiday with an overnighter in London with TFPBrother and TFP Sis in Law.  They live in Camden in London and it always astounds me what a thriving community they live in.  I always expect the big city to have less of a community feel but I forget that it's not so much one big city, but thousands of little villages.

They took us out to Hampstead Heath for a brilliant wee outdoor concert at a band stand of an Elvis impersonator.  It was buzzing with all sorts of local people out in their droves..

We took a wee walk up to the top of the park and it's brilliant, you can see right across the full width of central London.
