JIMMYS
Our catch from setting our crab pots on the 18th. A land owner is aloud 2 pots per property. We only kept the big ones and tossed the others back for another day. Large male blue crabs are called Jimmys around here. We eat them with Old Bay seasoning and apple cider vinegar. We also add corn on the cob to the pot when steaming the crabs, it absorbs the crab seasoning while cooking and is delish!
