A great way to end the day..

I got out for a bike ride around the leafy lanes of clackmannanshire tonight with my mate Andy who kindly wore a red jacket for photographic purposes.. Fantastic 2 hours through country lanes, muddy singletrack and cycle paths. We're so lucky to live somewhere like this.. a couple of years ago we were out every week, but we've been struggling to find nights to suit us both lately. Tonight was a reminder that we should make more effort. If I don't blip more cycle rides over the summer I give you permission to nag me into action!
