Low tide at Porirua Harbour

After an uncomplicated and comfortable flight to Wellington, I picked up the rental car to drive out to Porirua. Before I'd gone very far I got a phone call from the team asking me to go to the Wellington Hospital ED instead of out to the CATT base. Ended up being there until 5 pm. A change of scene and dealing with more acute issues made for an interesting day.

By the time I reached Porirua the sun had set. I went straight out for a short run, and was able to get this photo, with which I am rather pleased.
