Bat time
Delicious lunch - with champagne - in Berwick to celebrate the fact that the Morning (soon to be the only) Job will continue beyond September, so we don't need to start looking for alternative employment for a few years! Hooray!
Then a pleasant wander round Bridge Street to while away the time until the next bus to Wooler at 4.00pm.
Short evening walk on the Common with MrM and Louie. We arrived as the sun was going down and, once again, watched barn owls hunting. And there were bats too, this evening... lots of pipistrelles.
The arm is black and blue, but less painful than it was. MrM insisted on taking several photos of it... too horrible to upload!
