Hospital visitor

As soon as the food trolley came rattling up to the ward tonight, this guy appeared and looked at various ways to squeeze himself through the window for a bite to eat. Happily he didn't manage it. Even happilier (you know what I mean!), my father in law was able to manage a few bites tonight.
