NYC November 2000

I found this in the archives and was able to date it because we were staying for a wedding.  During the visit we attempted to visit the World Trade Center (visible in the distance), but we just missed the last entrance (9pm).  We weren't slightly annoyed, but not too bothered as we could always visit again next trip.  Right?  Within 10 months it was gone.
