Had a very good, relaxed day after yesterday's busy one. Went into Guildford using the Park & Ride - something we haven't done for a few years. It was great! G wanted to browse charity shops and I had to collect my new pair of glasses. Well, one of them. In between, we did other things like eat at this fine Italian restaurant which thanks to TasteCard (phone app), meant we didn't pay full price. So glad we chose to eat here as it was excellent.

It is along the road from the Christian Book shop in Guildford which is sadly no more! ;(  The nearest one is now in Woking or Godalming.

And in the late afternoon, I checked out the internet features of the new TV including projecting the screen of my mobile phone on it wirelessly. Fabulous! And we even managed to watch three hours of a BBC documentary called "Orbit" which tracks Earth's journey around the sun, and the result of it - mainly weather-wise. That was quite awe-inspiring.
