Little Hayfield

Another attempt at one of my telephoto landscapes. I love cutting out a section of a distant or not so distant view with my camera - in this case also cropped to 16:9 to remove some foreground grasses which were out of focus and distracting.

This scene as shot did not match my mind's eye view so it has been edited in Snapseed and far more editing of tones and contrasts than I would normally attempt.

This is a view North towards Monks Road from Little Hayfield mid afternoon. At the time schoolchildren were mostly plodding along home but some with mums chattering away - excited at one more day before summer holidays :-)
