A bone for your thoughts!
Who knows what goes on in their minds....one thing for sure...probably a good thing they don't have free range tongues to talk!
Yesterday we went to the memorial for our friend of over thirty years...a friend who was the husband of one of my dearest now retired bus driving friends. He was the kind of guy always there for you...stepping in to help do whatever was needed without being asked. He was your personal cheerleader in life, he was a hard working retired teacher, coach and all around gem of a man. Another gentle soul we've lost...a lovely service and his son's and grandchildren were there and spoke as well as family friends. Ed, you will be missed. ...Ed had the opportunity to know Cowboy before his Azheimers took hold and Ed loved Cowboy. (who in turn adored Ed) Goodbye Ed. (I'm almost sure Cowboy would be saying that!..or at least I'll miss those bones he always gave me!)
