WANT A PIE....

... well "Simple Simon" apparently did!!

A day behind at present, due need to keep things on track best we can with Nanna, and we really appreciate all the thoughts and wishes. Sadly, things are a lot worse over this week. 

Needed to go down town late yesterday, while there and I thought of it, popped into our Library to arrange an appointment for Tax. The Tax Office have online setup in Library, and agents there to assist, having done it last year, decided to go again this year. 

Anyway when there, found there was a talk happening on the origin of the "Aussie Pie", and one of our local small business are a world leader in design, manufacture and supply of the machines to produce the pie. Their business name is of course Simple Simon Pie machines!! They have just appointed an agent in Canada, so the next phase of their growth is about to occur.

Really, interesting info and pleased had time to stay and listen.

My blip therefore is a collage from some of the banners they had around the room. OH .... and the talk finished with a "taste test" of some pies and sausage rolls, so dinner covered!!!
