Balloon in the Sky

I happened to look up as the clouds were getting very dark and I had just come out of the swimming pool.  I decided the best course of action was to go home before the downpour.  I saw this Balloon floating not very high up there and followed the string which was tied to a van parked up outside the Hampstead Theatre.  Not very mysterious or really exciting.  The guy in the van was reading his newspaper.  I thought now that is a really boring job!!!  It did rain.
As the picture looked black and white I changed it to mono to enhance it a bit.
